Unlocking Rock Band 2s Songy Goodness

by Paul

It seems like I’m not the only one who is lamenting the loss of one of the first Rock Band’s modes, the solo tour which allowed you to unlock all of the game’s songs one by one. If you’re frustrated with having to play through World Tour in order to unlock all the songs, then there’s a cheat for you. (Go to end of post for the cheat)

You know, having a code to cheat your way to getting all the songs is good and all, but it certainly doesn’t deliver the kind of satisfaction of having unlocked them all through some effort that was provided by the old Solo mode. Harmonix, for the love of Crom, bring brack the solo tour in Rock Band 3.

Code: Go into the game modifier screen and push the following colored buttons on an instrument: Red, Yellow, Blue, Red, Red, Blue, Blue, Red, Yellow, Blue.

Holy crap, I didn’t even realize that I needed to unlock songs, I completely forgot about it since they just made one World Tour instead of the Solo to do things.

  2. Paul Says:

Yeah, they should have them all available for quick play right away so people can buy it and have friends over immediately.
