The GamerGirl Update, What’s Really Happening

by Stuart Piazza

Alright everyone, there was some confusion. From the massive array of comments from this post here, many of you think that the GamerGirl contest was scrapped, and other further notice was discontinued. That is false, some wording from a previous entry was misinterpreted.

The GamerGirl contest is still going on, using the previous submissions, and you, the 1pStart readers, will be able to vote on the winner. The ONLY thing that has been changed is the prize, which is now a “The Darkness” gaming prize package retailing close to $100, generously provided by 2kGames.

We are sorry for the confusion, and the official voting for the contest will be posted soon. If you entered previously, and are listed here, then good luck to you. Everyone, stay tuned, the official poll will be up soon.

(The girls will be contacted that were previously entered to see if they are ok with the prize change. Sorry again to everyone for the inconvenience.)
