Xbox Live Arcade Release: Assault Heroes

Today marks another release of an Xbox Live Arcade title. Today, it’s Assault Heroes, which is a throwback to old school top-down shooters. Here’s the release info straight from Major Nelson:

Single Player, Xbox Live Multiplayer 1-2, 5.1 Surround Sound, HD (High Definition). Buy Assault Heroes - the ultimate arcade shooter! Destroy an underground lab filled with deadly contents. Blast your way through enemy-infested territory. Take out choppers, boats, tanks, and monstrous weapons of doom with your heavily armed 4×4 and speedboat. Battle alone or with a comrade in online co-op. Buy the full game now and unlock guaranteed nonstop action!

I’ll be checking this game out later today, but I’ll be skeptical of buying it since Small Arms was kinda disappointing.
