Wii Updates Causing A Wii Bit Of Trouble

Finally! My first horrible attempt at wordplay!
It seems that the two system updates that all Wiis have to go through when they first connect to WiiConnect24 are disabling the poor little Wiis. The error code that has been reported is: Error Code: 110213. What happens is anytime you attempt to connect to WiiConnect24, you can’t do anything but get that message. Nintendo has acted fast and gives two options of what can be done.
A. If you don’t have any important data on your Wii, then you can contact Nintendo customer service and you should get your Wii in about 3-4 business days. If you do have important data….
B. Then Nintendo will send you a shipping label which would take 4-10 business days to receive. Once you receive it, then you can send your Nintendo to be repairded, which takes about 8-12 business days.
By the way, important data doesn’t necessarily mean save games or Mii’s, since you can just save those onto either your SD card or your Wii-mote, “important data” means virtual console purchases. That’s right, if you bought anything on your virtual console, you cannot access them on a new console since each virtual console purchase is tied to the console it was purchased on.
