Wii Might Stop Your Heart….no, seriously

If you have a grandparent who wants to play some good ole Wii with you and they have a pacemaker, you might have a huge advantage over them. The rumor circulating the internet today is that the infrared Wii-mote might interfere with pacemakers. Nintendo supposedly put up signs warning patrons of the danger at the Nintendo World event in Japan as a precaution. So if you love your grandparents, keep them away from your Wii until this is clarified with Nintendo. And if you don’t love your grandparents, challenge them to a one-on-one match in Wii Sports and if they don’t die from the pacemaker tampering, then they’ll just drop dead from exhaustion.

LOL-tastic.
We all know that IR-energy isn’t even close to the high frequency waves that pacemakers are “monitored” with.
Some dumbass probably misread the sign; of course people with pacemakers should be careful of doing physical activity!
They should not fear getting “BEAMED” by a remote controller…using the same low frequency waves that a normal TV or dvd remote would use….
Propaganda. Kill this now before FOX NEWS or CNN gets wind…
