So What Did You Get?

Well Christmas is here and hopefully you got some good presents this year, because you totally deserved them. Now I want to hear if you got any video game related presents. Was it the year you finally got a Wii? Or moved into the world of the big boys with the 360 or PS3? Or was it just some games?

I managed to snag Left 4 Dead so finally play it online. Ever since the demo came out I’ve been under strict orders not to buy it just in case Santa picked it up for me. Well Santa totally let me down, but my wife picked up his slack. The game pretty much rules, but like it’s been said before, it’s extremely limited if you don’t have friends that will play with you. Sure you can play with randoms, but you run the risk of getting some real morons on your team. While this isn’t much different from any game played online, it’s a bit harder on a game that’s co-operative in the extreme.

I also ended up with a couple of gift cards, so I may just pick up Fallout 3. I hear it’s rocking. I also still want Dead Space even though I’ve heard some rather not good things about it. Who knows, I may just end up getting a bunch of terrible DS games on sale, because I’m an idiot who likes to get more for his money, even at the cost at quality. So McDonald’s for lunch it is!
