Shadowrun Demo Coming Soon; Retail May Ship After Halo 3 Beta Ends

Those of you who were unable to get into the Shadowrun beta, you will soon have your chance to try out Shadowrun before it hits retail stores. According to Studio Manager of FASA Studios Mitch Gitelman during the latest GamerCast Network podcast, Xbox 360 owners should expect a Shadowrun demo to come soon.

“We’ve already almost got the demo to where we want it, in terms of shipping and stuff. We just haven’t tested the demo yet because we’re testing the game.”

Mitch went on to say that the demo is going to be different than the beta, but did not go into specifics on what the differences will be.

When asked about the possibility of the game shipping before or after the Halo 3 beta ends, Mitch did not disclose the release dates, but he did hint that Shadowrun could be released after the beta ends.

    There is a lot of things about this game that make it seem interesting and fun. A demo is pretty much necessary though if they want to get my hard earned bucks to buy it.
