Rumor: Playstation Home To Allow P2P Sharing?

Playstation Home just got a lot more interesting. It seems an “unnamed” source has tipped off SonyProtectionGroup, letting them know Sony has developed a Peer to Peer file sharing network which will most likely be used in Playstation Home. The P2P service will allow users to watch and share each others movies.

I don’t know how credible the “unnamed” source is, but the idea of a P2P system in Playstation Home literally has me salivating at the mouth. If this RUMOR turns out to be true, I’ll go get a PS3 right this second, and you can quote me on that. The one thing though is even though they state you’ll be able to watch movies and such, how come there is no mention of being able to listen to music as well? I would think that would be the first thing mentioned before the ability of streaming video.
