Rock Band DLC for Week of 02/11/08

Harmonix officially announced this week’s round of downloadable songs and they are:

* The Clash - “Complete Control”
* The Police - “Truth Hits Everybody”
* The Ramones - “Teenage Lobotomy”

Sigh, not a really good week for me personally. I’m still waiting for some kick ass rock like Foo Fighters or some nostalgic kick ass rock like Def Leopard. I’m a big fan of a lot of the Police’s songs, but it’s not very fun to play a song in a group that not a lot of people are aware of. Anyone else with me on this?

The good news is that all three songs are master recordings, thank the maker. The Bowie song that is a cover is complete garbage and the Coheed cover was rather disappointing too. The other good news is that the songs are available to purchase as a bundle, if you need to own every single Rock Band song.
