New Rainbow Six: Vegas Downloadable Content

It’s been an exciting week for new releases on Xbox Live. First, the Halo 2 maps. Now, Rainbow Six: Vegas has released the Player’s Pack Red Edition. This 800-point pack includes two new game modes(Assassination, King of the Hill), 3 brand-new maps, and 2 old maps that have been updated.

Along with the (expensive)map pack, Rainbow Six: Vegas has also come out with a (free)patch to fix some bugs in the existing game modes. Hopefully Ubisoft can take a cue from Gears of War and start releasing more new content for free. It seems every time I turn on my Xbox 360, my wallet flees in terror.

    I played the new maps and game modes for a while last night and they are worth the $10.
