LEGO MMO Announced… wait, what?
I thought I’ve seen it all. But yesterday, LEGO announced that developer NetDevil will be working on an MMO LEGO game.
“The LEGO brand represents construction, creativity and problem solving – values that compliment the MMOG market. By merging the online world of social interaction with physical play, the LEGO brand is providing new experiences for children, as well as fans.
Hmm…well, I guess kids need an MMO that’s a little more healthy for them than WoW is. The idea of being able to build LEGOs in a virtual world might actually seem enticing to kids nowadays.

THE LEGO GROUP SELECTS NETDEVIL TO CREATE BRANDED MMOG
The LEGO® Group today announced it has commenced a working relationship with NetDevil® to develop a massively multiplayer online gaming experience to further engage its dedicated and active community.

LucasArts developed the Lego Star Wars games. This one is going to be developed by NetDevil. Yea, I never heard of them either
