Kutaragi Drops Hints At PS4 And Beyond!

It’s amazing how someone can announce their retirement from a company and yet still have the company’s best interest in mind.
Ken Kutaragi is that very person. Last week, Sony announced Kutaragi’s retirement as CEO of SCEA. Even though Kutaragi is retiring, he still has his heart set on Sony succeeding. He has supplied Sony designers with ideas on how to cut PS3 manufacturing costs, given design ideas for PS3 models two years in the future, and now has his eyes set on the future of the Playstation console.
“We’ve introduced PS3 in Europe, so now I can openly talk about. As a matter of course, I have the vision of Playstation 4, 5 and 6, which will merge into the network.
Playstation 4, 5 and 6? Wow! Will Ken even be alive by the time Playstation 6 hits stores? I mean, when it comes to launching Playstations, Sony isn’t known for being able to deliver them in a timely fashion. Wasn’t the PS3 delayed for 6 or so months?
