Judge gives “Thumbs-Up” for Bully

Well, score one for us gamers. Jack Thompson’s attempt at stopping Bully from being released in Florida has been for naught. According to the news article, Ol’ Jacky was trying to get Bully pulled of the shelves because it’s a “Columbine Simulator”.
There is actually very little known about this game, execept for the fact that the main character joins a new school and the only way to defend himself from bullies is to become one.
Jack Thompson had a very interesting complaint when he heard the decision. He stated that an employee walked the judge through the game and made only non-violent choices while playing. Nice move Rockstar. Check…and mate.

”You did not see the game,” Mr Thompson told the judge at Friday’s hearing. “You don’t even know what it was you saw.”
I don’t think a judge would want to be told that he didn’t know what he was looking at. What an idiot.

Yea, I really couldn’t believe how irratical he was acting towards the judge. It just goes to show that the people who are most against games really have their own mental problems.
