Issues with Xbox Originals games

It hasn’t even been a full day yet, and already there are reported problems with some of the original Xbox titles slated to become downloadable on Xbox LIVE.
On Xbox.com, Microsoft has manned up and conceded that there could be some issues with the first couple of batches of released games. The most common of these issues seems to be choppiness during the first play through. Considering it’s caching, it’s understandable and can be excused to a point. However, there are other, game-specific issues that you should be made aware of. Read about them in detail after the break.
Fable: Random bursts of audio static, minor texture issues, and issues with removing tattoos.
Halo:: Minor frame rate drop-offs.
Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge: Minor flickering at the top of the screen. “Press A to Continue” message is missing when host player leaves multiplayer game.
Psychonauts: If you are a PAL region gamer, running the game at 720p over HDMI will cause the game to lock up.
Fuzion Frenzy: There are some minor frame rate issues.
…the hell is this about? I understand Microsoft’s desire to compete with Nintendo’s Virtual Console, but make sure the games run perfectly first.
