Hippies Rejoice! Use Solar Power For Your DS

Gaming on the go can be such a hassle if your gaming device needs to be recharged, and your nowhere near a plug. Well, TomsHardware has come up with a way to use the sun’s energy to run a Nintendo DS Lite. It’s called “Solar Power” and boy is it sweeping the nation! The DS can be completely run from solar power for as long as you have sun readily available since the DS does not require a lot of power to run.

There’s no way a basement dwelling nerd made this! Where would he get his sunlight?

Aren’t the screens really hard to see in the sunlight ?

What a rubbish invention that is! For starters look at the size of it, and secondly, ‘Somewhat’ was right, it’s hard to see your DS in sunlight anyway. Lame.

Yeah it’s lame but you’ll see someone trying to perfect this.

I’d rather just use batteries.

Do you know what really bothers me about this, that some jerk is probably going to make a ton a money off this!!

@Melissa: Yea, but he’ll most likely be a tree hugging hippie and will only waste the money on a Hybrid vehicle. And we all know that the Hybrid is the car of the homo

I predict this’ll replace the roll of quarters or rolled up sock in your pocket.

I can just see someone lugging this mammoth beast around in their expensive man-purse. When they pull out the DS they have to go through a transformation period before they can even turn it on…lol.
