Guitar Hero II Special Editions Auction

‘Guitar Hero’ game controllers customized by rock stars and put up for auction

I came accross an article about an auction taking place on ebay. They are auctioning personalized guitars for Guitar Hero II. This could definitely be a nice pick up for any GH2 fanatic. The auction can be located at ebay.com/guitarhero.2

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 6 April, 2007 : - - If you are (or know) a “Guitar Hero II” fanatic, this is one auction you’re not going to want to miss. Thirty bands and celebrities have personalized controllers for the ultra-popular guitar-simulation video game, all of which are going up for auction at ebay.com/guitarhero.2

Bands and celebs include My Chemical Romance, Dashboard Confessional, Nickelback, Quiksilver, Jack Black and Kyle Gass’ spoof band Tenacious-D, Suicide Girls, Tony Hawk and Kelly Slater. All proceeds benefit the MusiCares Foundation, which “provides a safety net for music people in times of need,” according to the announcement.
