Guitar Hero DS To Get Guitar Controller?

In a recent interview with Charles Huang by CNET.au, the RedOctane Co-Founder mentioned the possibility of the DS version of Guitar Hero getting a Guitar controller. Yeah, I’m still trying to put it all together also, but if RedOctane does it right, (like they always do,) the touch sensitive screen combined with an external controller may prove to be a very innovative control scheme. Though many are used to how lame one looks while playing current console version of Guitar Hero, the lameness factor of how one will look playing the DS version is just going to be too extreme.

I hope the controller is portable somehow, because if it isn’t, playing this on the bus would just be silly.

    That sure has some interesting potential. It would be a lot of fun with an external portable guitar control aspect.
