Dragon’s Lair and Others Headed to Blu-ray

Digital Leisure announced today that they are bringing Dragon’s Lair (1983) to Blu-ray format. We will be getting the original game with a few enhancements such as digitally restored frames at 1080p, and a new 5.1 Surround mix.
Basically, Dragon’s Lair will look and sound better than ever, but still be the same game we loved back in 1983. The company also intends to release Space Ace and Dragon’s Lair II in the near future.

it’s starting to look like Blu-Ray is going to win the battle… it’s still too early to tell though. HD still has some good exclusive contracts.

Atleast if Blu-Ray wins Sony will be able to find revenues to finance their shortcomings in the video game industry. It will also make the PS3 a more highly valued system.

Does it make Dragon’s Lair any less frustratingly impossible? Doubtful. Pass.

Frustrating can be fun! I mean look at how frustrating our president’s stupidity is, but how fun it is to watch as well!
