Devil May Cry Anime To Hit Japan In June

I’m so envious of the Japanese! They got some fine womens over there, first dibs on all of the games us “Westeners” drool for, and they get all of the cool animes!

According to the latest Famitsu, Capcom has teamed up with Victor Entertainment and Mad House productions to bring the first episode of the Devil May Cry anime series on June 14th.

With the upcoming release of Devil May Cry 4 on both the PS3 and Xbox 360, it seems this year might very well be the year of Dante. And that means more money in Capcom’s pocket. Which they will just waste on making another Mega-Man game we neither care or asked for.

    DMC-Anime.com (Lit. DevilMayCry-Anime.com) opens to the public! This is a site dedicated to the upcoming Devil May Cry Anime series, aired on the Japanese Network WOWOW this summer. The anime will be produced by “Studio MADHOUSE”, and there are a total of 12 confirmed episodes.

    “Devil May Cry” is a series of killer games with a gothic horror theme. You play as the demon hunter and private investigator Dante. There are a total of three games released in series to date, but another one is on its way. All games are developed and published by CAPCOM.

    DMC-Anime.com will work hard to give you everything you need to know about the upcoming anime series, including news, character info and guides, episode guides, how to get the episodes when they’re released. There is also a forum up where you can discuss and chat about the series, and give your thoughts on how it will be.

    The airing date of the first episode has been released, and you can find it on DMC-Anime.com.
