PS Network needs to get some more classics on it… my gosh. I’m tired of seeing movie trailers and “Classics for PSP”.

  2. SSJGoku80 Says:

SON….sweet. I am just waiting to see what other games they will bring to XBL. Maybe they should bring Super Puzzle Fighter…..

  3. BB Says:

Ooooooo….that’d be an awesome game. Marvel vs Capcom 2 needs to make it to the arcade too. “Gunna take you for a riiiiide”

  4. Kezins Says:

I dunno BB… 800 points is still a lot for the game. Of course I’ll get it and Microsoft will keep over-pricing games as long as we all buy them :( I really love how XBLA and other services renew our love for the old games, but I am almost at the point where it would be easier and smarter to just play emulated games on the computer or pick up the old cartridges for next to nothing in a bargain bin somewhere for a dollar or so. About the only possible advantages I see for these XBLA titles has to be convenience and achievement points for those of you who are into them. I seriously think that a majority of old games should be 400 points. I have no problem dropping 400 on a cool old game. I think other games such as Pac Man and Frogger should be more in the ballpark of 100-200 points.

  5. Justin Conte Says:

I posted it before you…nah nah nah nah nah!

  6. ReaperHybrid Says:

I agree with Kezins, 400 MS points should be a hard ceiling for these 5-15 year old recycled games. While new IP games released on the arcade would be justified in demanding a premium price (800+ MS points).

  7. Kezins Says:

I do realize it’s not all Microsoft’s fault and it has to do with licensing deals and they also have to keep prices around the same ball park as Wii. I do think the gaming industry needs to focus on customer service in the next few years and think about dropping prices on the old games. I know customer-corporate loyalty doesn’t seem like a big thing these days, but it could easily win the console war. If Xbox Live Arcade came out of left field one day and offered a classic game that everyone wanted for say 100-300 points, they would see system sales skyrocket as well.. as word gets around.

I also have a problem with several hundred points for picture packs. Who are they kidding with that?

  8. Mazz Says:

You win MS. I’ll be buying all three.

  9. Rist Says:

I GOTTA pick this up when I get the money!

  10. Mazz Says:

Can’t wait… just a few more hours now.

  11. Ephraim Says:

Had a chance to play this and TMNT… wow they were fun. It was so nostalgic and so HDrific.

  12. Mazz Says:

I bought Castlevania.. It’s still an amazing game, even if the voice acting is laughable.
